At KitCraft Designs, we value our customers and want every purchase to be a great experience. We do our best to work with everyone to ensure you’re happy with your order.


Custom & Team Orders

All custom, team, school, and organization orders are final sale. Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is damage or an error on our end.


Exchanges & Restock Fees

If you need a size exchange or adjustment, we’re happy to help when possible. However, exchanges may be subject to a restocking or remake fee to cover production costs.


Reporting Issues

All concerns, complaints, or requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, we may be unable to make changes or issue replacements.
