Custom Orders & Payments

By placing an order and submitting payment (including invoice payments), you agree to allow KitCraft Designs to begin production based on the details you provided. Custom and team orders are final once approved and paid, as they are made specifically for you.

Logo & Design Usage

By providing KitCraft Designs with your logo, artwork, or design, and completing payment, you grant us permission to use photos of your finished items on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

This helps us showcase our work to future customers. If you prefer your designs not be shared, please notify us in writing at the time of your order.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, mockups, and creative concepts created by KitCraft Designs remain our property and may not be reproduced or resold without written consent. You are responsible for ensuring that any logos or images you provide are your own or that you have permission to use them.

Order Accuracy & Approval

Before production, you’ll have the opportunity to review designs or proofs. Once approved, KitCraft Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

Limitation of Liability

KitCraft Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your order. Our responsibility is limited to correcting errors or defects on our part.
