Processing Time

Most custom or team orders are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary during busy seasons or for large group orders.

Shipping Options

We offer a standard shipping option at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

If you’re local, we may offer a free pickup option. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped, we rely on the carrier for delivery. We’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages but will do our best to help track and resolve any issues.
